Eating and introducing new Japanese products

A review of a yakiniku bowl with large pieces of kalbi meat on top!

Yoshinoya offers a variety of attractive menu items such as beef bowl, pork bowl, beef kalbi bowl, curry, eel-jyu, set meal, and breakfast.

This time, we will order the standard menu item, "Gyu Karubi-don, Large portion (811 yen)," and investigate its actual taste.

The bowl of beef kalbi is a hearty bowl of rice topped with gochujang (Korean red chili pepper paste).

Large pieces of kalbi meat, grilled in a special sweet and spicy sauce with gochujang, are placed on a bed of rice and topped with green onions and sesame seeds.

My impression of the dish is that it is meaty and chewy, and you can feel the umami of the beef.

The crispy green onions and sweet and spicy special sauce stimulate the appetite, and the fat from the kalbi meat makes it rich.
