The Ousho Gyoza restaurant offers a wide variety of attractive menu items, making it difficult to decide what to order.
It is a hearty combination of acupunctured pork, 3 dumplings, rice, soup, and kimchi.
My impression of the pork is that it is moist and moderately tender, and the sweet-and-sour sauce stimulates the appetite.
Combined with rice, it is a great meal, and the texture and flavor of the vegetables are irresistible.
The dumplings are crispy on the surface and juicy, with a good amount of garlic.
