On February 7, 2023, Matsuya began selling a new product, "Taiwanese-style Mixed Beef Meal.
This new beef rice dish combines beef rice with a half-boiled egg, Matsuya's own kimchi, seaweed, and green onions, and is topped with a newly developed excellent "mazed sauce.
The "maze-dare" is a chicken sauce based on chicken white soup with spicy soy bean sauce and condiments.
I order the Taiwanese-style Maze Beef Rice (590 yen).
The beef rice is topped with maze sauce, Matsuya's own kimchi, seaweed, and green onions.
Unfortunately, the half-boiled egg was forgotten.
The mazedare portion is spicy and has a strong flavor with a hint of miso.
The tender chicken minced meat and condiments have a nice flavor.
Combined with the beef and kimchi, the sweetness of the chewy beef and the spiciness of the authentic kimchi stimulate your appetite.
