The perfect chige for the cold season is back this year, and the "Seafood Tofu Kimchi Chige" is back after a 15-year absence.
The seafood broth with shrimp, squid, itaya clams, and clams is combined with the meaty flavor of Matsuya's classic beef noodle soup to create a distinctive chige.
