Starting December 20, 2022, Matsuya has launched a limited-time menu item, "Beef Stroganoff with Cut Steak".
Juicy beef cut steak grilled on a teppan and tender thin slices of beef are served with an elegant original sauce full of sweet, sour and rich flavor.
We will order the "Beef Stroganoff with Cut Steak (850 yen)" and investigate its actual taste.
The ingredients include cut steak, thinly sliced beef, onions, and mushrooms.
My impression of the steak is that it is meaty and moderately tender, with a delicious beef flavor.
The sauce is full of tomato flavor, rich and authentic.
The tender, thinly sliced beef is seasoned with a special sweet sauce, the same as that used for beef meshi.
