The "Charcoal Grilled Hotchpotch Chicken" is an eye-catching large piece of chicken that is grilled over charcoal to a fragrant aroma and then carefully and slowly steamed to make it tender.
The chicken is so tender that it can be loosened with a spoon, and the mouthwatering charcoal-grilled char and the savory aroma that wafts through the nose can be enjoyed by all five senses.
We will take out the "Charcoal-grilled Hotchpotch Chicken Curry, medium portion (690 yen)" for an actual meal.
The dish consists of a large piece of chicken on the bone, curry sauce, rice, red onion with sweet and sour sauce, and fukujinzuke pickles.
My impression of the chicken is that it is tender and flaky, with a moderately seasoned curry flavor.
The thick and spicy curry sauce is well spiced and not too spicy.
