On January 10, 2023, Matsuya will start selling a new menu item, "Gorokorodori Chicken Carbonara".
The dish is a collaboration of Matsuya's signature "Gorokoro Chicken" and Carbonara, a rich and delicious dish that combines the rich Carbonara sauce with moist and smooth Granapadano cheese and the overflowing yolk of a raw egg that has been added using a separator.
The menu includes the "Thick Carbonara with Chicken" (780 yen) and "Thick Carbonara with Chicken and Fresh Vegetables Set" (880 yen).

It is a combination of "Gorokoro Chicken Carbonara", raw egg, egg separator, miso soup, and rice.
I put an egg yolk on top.
My impression of the dish is that the chicken is thick and mild, meaty and chewy, and the ingredients are delicious.
The rich sauce with cheese and garlic stimulates the appetite.
